Submission Guidelines

The LEGAL ZEMS LAW JOURNAL  invites Original, Unpublished Content from all Academician, Authors, Legal Professionals and Students from across the Globe, under the following categories-


  • Short Articles: (1500-2600 words, including footnotes)
  • Long Articles: (2500-4000 words, including footnotes)
  • Book Reviews: (1500-3500 words, including footnotes)
  • Case Comments: (2000-3000 words, including footnotes)
  • Research Papers: (4000-10,000 words, including footnotes)
 [Note:Please don’t submit more than one submission until or unless your submission shall
be disqualified.


The system of citation which is expected to be followed by the author is BLUEBOOK latest Edition.


The submission must be formatted according to the following specifications:
*Body: Font Size: 12;
*Font: Times New Roman;
*Line Spacing: 1.5 lines ;
*Text : Justified :
*Footnotes: Font Size: 10;
*Font: Times New Roman;
*Line Spacing: Single;
*Paper: A-4 ;
*Text : Justified .


Any appropriate theme related to socio-legal aspect is acceptable. Copyright over the published articles shall vest with Legal Zems Law Journal.


Plagiarism is allowed only upto 10%. It is the duty of the author to assure the originality before the submission.

Note:- Legal Zems Law Journal shall not be liable for any plagiarism or copyright issue.


All the Submissions must be e-mailed
in (‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’) format with the subject ‘LZLJ (Type of Paper) Submission'.
[NOTE: Any submission in PDF or Others formats or hard copy will not be accepted.]
The body of the email must mention the name of the author(s), contact number, academic year (if applicable), qualifications (if applicable), title of the paper, and any others details if applicable. Copyright agreement form along with a duly signed declaration that the article has not been published and/or is not in the course of being published in any journal, magazine, newspaper, website, etc. should be attached to the respective e-mail.


In the case of paper accepted, authors have to pay Publication fees, then paper would proceed for publication Which will take maximum 7 days. In the case of paper rejection, author have to make the modification as per instruction given by our editorial board or if rejected then only once the reason would be informed to the author and no cross questioning would be entertained as the decision of the management will be final further then author would be free to sent the manuscript to other publication houses.
